Refund and Replacement Policy

10-DAY FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND REFUND AND  ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For the reasons stated below, we are prepared to offer you two options: a complete or partial refund for your order if requested within 10 days from the invoice date, or the delivery of a replacement within a one-year period.
  1. The merchandise you receive is faulty - damaged - fractured - unable to function correctly
  2. Missing - lost items from your order
  3. The item received is incorrect (size, color, or custom)
Apart from the reasons mentioned earlier, here are additional factors that may preventyou from receiving a full or partial refund within 30 days or a replacement order:
  1. Request a refund after a 30-day full or partial refund warranty
  2. You have changed your mind and no longer desire the item.
  3. You intend to request a modification to the size, color, or customization of the item  received
  4. You have selected  incorrect size, address, product, or custom information, among other things.
  5. The product has incurred damage  as a result of improper use, mishandling, or insufficient maintenance.

  1. Can I get a refund if I'm not completely satisfied with my purchase or simply don't want it anymore?
If your problems come from the quality of our products, as long as it is within 30 days of the date on your invoice.
  1. How long does it take for me to receive my refund credit to my original payment method?
It takes approximately 5-7 business days to process the credit refund to your original payment method after it has been received and after an inspection period of up to 3 days .
  1. What are the exceptions that might prevent me from getting a full refund?
  • If your request for a refund is after 30 days of delivery tracking
  • The problems are caused by giving the wrong shipping address, putting the wrong custom information such as custom name, hair color, or the size you ordered is not fitted.
  • The order was sent with exactly the information and items on order.
  1. How do I prepare my shipment for return?
You don't need to RETURN your items to us since it will take your valuable time and money, and we do not want it to happen to our customers. Just provide detailed information and photos of the items you received to let us resolve your problem.
  1. Can I exchange my item(s)?
All products are custom-printed. If you would like to exchange an item for another size or a different design, please help us to cover the resend fee. The resend fee depends on the product(s) you purchase.
